環境への取り組み～第一弾～

Hello how are you doing so far?

Today, I'd like to show you some of my environmentally-friendly activities for our brilliant future.

Indeed, my friend told me about that, but I bought a bottle of water today. It seems quite usual for you, but this is different in terms that it is reusable.

We cannot drink the water any more here in Fukuoka, and many of my friends also buy a pet bottle for drink, and in my case, I have used the delivery service so far. It is a litlle bit more expensive, however, than that sent in the supermarket, because of the delivery fee. That service adopts the package, not pet bottle, so it seems rather environmentally friendly. This is why I chose this service.

The service I chose today adopts the reusable bottle, and it costs me no more than 100 yen per 1 garon (3.8L or so) The bottle costs me 500 yen when you use the service for the first time, but once you forsee in a longer term, it is cheaper, in addition to its distribution for the environment. It tastes quite good, and I can recommend it to you.

If you live in Fukuoka city, you can buy it in Youme Town Hakata. It is worth trying it!

I hope this will reduce the amount of pet bottle used, and in the future, I desire to succeed this beautiful earth to our children.

ペットボトルのリサイクルの話し、と理解しました(^_^;)

仕事柄、中国へ出張することがあるのですが、
向こうでも、スーパーでペットボトルの水を買って飲みます。
（「硬水」なので飲めないんです。なので、現地の人も水を買って飲みます）

が。メーカーによっては、ペットボトルも牛乳瓶と同じように、
「洗って再利用」しているらしい、という噂を聞いたことがあります。
（そういえば、妙に汚れてるペットボトルもあったような気が・・・）

中国では水は硬水なんですね。私も以前1ヶ月ほどイギリスに滞在したことがありましたが、そのときも飲料水はスーパーで買った覚えがあります。イギリス人に、ここの水は白いけれどのめるのか？と聞くと、

｢飲めなくはないけれど飲まないほうがいいよ｣

といわれた覚えがあります。

日本ではペットボトルはリサイクルしてさまざまな商品に生まれ変わっていますよね。カッターシャツをはじめ、トイレットペーパーなどですね。ただ問題となるのがその量です。飲んでしまったボトルは通常ごみになりますよね。なんだかもったいない気がして。しかしこのタンクだとしばらくは使えるかな、と思いました。

何をするにも環境への配慮が欠かせない時代になりました。できることから少しずつ挑戦していきたいですね。
